Ban Them. I did.

I am happy to share this ban list with you - originally an idea from Tony to share lists but now a group of us are "Publishing" in this way. If you own a google or yahoo group just BAN THEM ALL. I did. The larger your group the more you will be spammed... unless you strike first.

If your name is on this list by error, don't ask me, none of us keep records of this. It is not a civil right to be a member of our group. It is a property right. You may write to me to ask that your name be removed if you wish and we will consider this. This blog is simply an attempt to deal with the OVERWHELMING number of spam mails with commercials links that we get, EVERY DAY, for those of us who operate either a Google or a Yahoo group.

The spammers are just relentless. The "trolls" just go on & on. I get reports all the time of other ladies who are harassed and badgered by such trolls, threatened. Stories of internet defamation are common, especially with those who want to criticize the nice people who contribute to the yahoo and google groups, for whatever weird or strange reason they think their insult “flames” would be welcomed (only the willful, persistent ones get banned).

In some cases, arrogant and hurtful things are published at other yahoo groups, or by other group owners, which would be defamatory in any ordinary, non-internet court of law. Now, a small group of us can "strike back" with this method, this new Blogsite. Here's hoping that this experiment will work.

Isn't it about time we fight back at the Spammers and Trolls?
