Here is two recent examples of names that I added to the BanListing, both are attempts to post a message to the entire group:
First, heidoger@yahoo.de wrote,
"Hi, You can see a list of my groups on Grouply at the link below. Maybe you'll find some you want to join. gerard. Here's the link: (the grouply reply URL is then provided to "click")."
The problem with this of course, is that my yahoo group is flooded with these sort of messages, EXCEPT for this BanListing where we share names to ban. Most of the other group owners I spoke with agree that this is a great candidate for a BAN, every time. Even though this individual might claim (I believe him!) that he had no idea his name would be used for spamming, the truth is that every group he is a member of will get such a spam recruiting message, and everyone he recruits to this spam-machine will then become the unwitting victim of this spam machine too. The only way we can think to stop the cycle is to just automatically BAN anyone who sends such SPAM, in keeping with our group's NO SPAM POLICY.
They can't SPAM if they got the BAN.
My second example of "how to earn a BanListing" today is this:
"how do i get this shit off of my computer,i let a fring uses my computer and know when i check mine mail all i get is this garabge"
Once again, instead of this guy simply removing himself from my group he speaks of "this shit" and "this garbage" as if I dumped some awful stuff on him, a poor helpless guy just minding his own business. Who knows how many other groups "his fring" also signed him up for? Who knows what complaints might be filed with Yahoo against us in the future? No matter what other group he has been signed up for, he denies it all. So, best to ban him from all yahoo groups that we can reach. Here is the message I sent to him with the "reject" of his message:
"Sorry i cannot approve this message to post. It is not at all in keeping with the group rules, sorry. further, yahoo groups is self service. You joined, and you can also remove yourself or change setting to NO MAIL. You failed to do either.
"Because of your breaking our group rules, and also your TROLL-like behavior (very rude message), and because it is clear you don't keep control of your mouth or your computer and you may have joined other groups and then will threaten them like you did to me, I have reported you to http://BanListing.blogspot.com. You will find your name posted there shortly.
"Please play nicely at yahoo groups in the future.
"The Madam (Lorie)
SlimGurls group owner"
In both of these cases, if I knew the story from ANOTHER group owner, I would be VERY grateful to have that information so that I could RUSH forward to ban the guy.
This is NOT the same thing as a guy who might be OFFENDED because the girls in the pix that Bob sent, did not have large enough breasts so they ask politely for LARGER TITS PLEASE BOB or reverse. But the BanListing is for someone who might THREATEN the group, the nice people who post pix, or the group owner, for whatever reason they have. They should just go away and leave us alone, not be a TROLL. So today, I bring you the news of two TROLLS as part of The Madams Continuing Education Series. And your comments would of course be most welcome.
Anything that is a threat to your group, deserves a BAN. Any message or person who threatens or attempts to DRIVE AWAY those who joined your group deserves to be banned. Anyone acting like a TROLL deserves a one way ticket OUT of your group and OUT of all groups. Both these candidates earned their place at BanListing. I thank Tony again for the idea of sharing BAN lists with group owners. We need to be very careful with this, we are not being spiteful or just emotional in this, as the Italian Americans would say, "it is not personal, it is business," LOL!!!
As always, if there is any disagreement you may write an email posting to this or any blog asking for a reversal of the decision, and any one of our Executive Board members may reverse that decision (and THAT decision can be reversed back to the BAN only by 2/3 vote of the Executive Board).
Here now, comes one who posted a VERY polite "appeal" message at my SlimGurls group (which I did not approve because it would be thought of as "spam-like" by members who signed up not for a discussion of spam/not spam, but for pix of SlimGurls). Personally, I subscribe to idea that "spam" is with commercial links to make money versus just sending "off topic" to that group. But I know some would not agree with me. THIS FORUM is not for the "all purpose ban" but ONLY for the narrow, COMMERCIAL spammers who are the "professionals" who make us miserable using the internet. Now, listen to this one please.
Especially this is to the attention of the Executive Board, your first "business." Unless I have other information, I would wish to immediately reinstate this one, and think it must have been accident or something that got him on the list here (it was certainly not me, at least I do not recall him being TROLL or SPAMMER).
Appeal to Reverse Ban:

It is with some dismay, I find myself on both your elongated list and the special banned list,and I can think of no reason why.
Not even you, Dear Madam Lorie, despise spam more than I. I moderate every message coming into my groups, and those with the insensitivity to post links to Friendfinder clubs, Sex Enhancement pills, (Viagra an example), those who post Mail Sorting sites, (Grouply, is just one), are banned immediately and their insidious message deleted as spam. Members who post non-topic links are given just one warning, the second offense results in their being banned also.
As for my predicament here, I'm at a loss. This is the only group of yours I belong to, and this is my first post to this group.
If I have sinned against you, please be gracious and forthcoming enough to enlighten me.
p4eshah is another that has me scratching my head. As a moderator in his groups, I read all his mail, unless it is posted to an individual, and I've seen nothing offensive from him either. The fact that he is on your list is no business of mine, but it is curious.
Most of the others on your lists are known to me, and while I try not to sound hypocritical, (I'm there with them), I agree with their inclusion. Two others you might consider (be on the alert for), are czsunday@gmail.com and elcanch@yahoo.com The first includes a couple of out-of-focus celebs doing little but be celebs, but his posts are full of advertising. The second, posts links that take you directly to AdultFriendfinder groups.
I look forward to your reply at your convenience, with genuine concern. Thank you for the blogspot link, without it, I'd never have known about my inclusion with the Evil Ones.

Well, that is the message from Earl, which I regard as both VERY polite and also, very persuasive for me. I will also send email reminder to both tony and to Bob to see if they have problem that it is my intention to reverse the ban and UNBAN this one (oh my a first, how sure are we of how to do this? will devote some thought to that one.... we wish very much to be fair while at same time to protect ourselves from trolls and spammers and especially the REALLY bad ones, perhaps name them SUPER TROLLS ? They are on The Madams Special List but perhaps should be more clear, SUPER TROLLS BAN List.

p4eshah indeed wrote something offensive. He claimed in two seperate rejection email messages to me (responding to my polite posting of "on topic" photos at 1 or more of his groups) that asian girls in the photos were underage.
First, on 10/11 he wrote to me, rejecting my attempt to post "on topic photos/message" at his yahoo group, "no more underaged models or I'll ban you." And a 2nd message, "how old is she." He never replied to my response message back to him, objecting to what he wrote, and telling him that the girls are CLEARLY legal age, the photos are marked with the source website, and that source has a clearly marked USA legal language saying they are over age 18. I also explained that Asian girls usually appear 5 or 10 or even 15 or 20 years YOUNGER to western eyes and please do not hold this against me or against the girls when their age is clearly documented and available for inspection via internet. My message to Shah was ignored. I also asked that if he would please tell me what group (he did not mention what group it was that he represented - just his own name signing), I would gladly remove him from distribution list for future photos if that is his wish, and please do not ban me for no reason.
But that did not work out. Next, I sent pix again to all the groups on my distribution list, but learned that I had been banned by his group (it was the only group that banned me). One of my online friends went in to that group to check and sure enough reported back that "p4eshah" is the owner, and also gave me all the names of the moderators.
When I was banned, I got a message to tell me the list of reasons "why" they ban people. It was obvious nothing applied to me for a reason to be banned.
So I wrote this on 10/12/08 to all the moderators of the group (using the group name and "-owner" in the address):
"hello,
Is there a different reason in my case that you have banned me?
I have sent to you photos as you requested, which are from a website that gave me permission, and which are legal age photos.
"I have been questioned about age of one of the models, and provided the website name (url) and made a copy of the website legal USA disclaimer about age.
"Is this a website that has a prejudice against oriental asian ladies, or that breast must be a certain number of pounds?
"I wrote on this already to the person who rejected my message and said "no kiddie porn" but he has not reply.
I have also suggested that if you simply do not like the asian girl, or young girls (over age 18), or not like smaller breast, or any other reason, why not just tell me so that I can remove you from my distribution list?
Is more mature way to handle differences in what we like and do not like - just tell me. I can respect that without problem at all. Is this problem for you if we asians might be different, why not just say so, instead of do the rude ban thing you do?
I am willing to forgive and forget if you will now please to "unban" me. I will wait one day and then will write to all moderator and group owners I am friends with to ask them to please ban each owner/moderator of your group also so we all play the ban game together, not just one sided ban of me for no reason whatsoever.
Please play nicely, unban me and tell me what is problem, or at least tell me what other reason because none of reasons your email says, applies to me for a reason to ban someone. You ban for no reason at all except that I am asian? Or is it Filipina you have the problem with?
Since tony and Lorie have asked me on this I must also remind you that when I told you (and some others) about this you said it was one of the reasons you inspire to make this new BanListing group, that it is about time those who act like your word is TROLLS, should be given the "honor" of a listing.
The one who wrote the nice polite message to you I do not know, but only know that he is one of the moderators who received and ignored my message, after I was banned. He is a fellow of this p4eshah.
This banlisting idea is a great idea, and if somebody bans me for sending them photos that their group asks for, and calls me names unfairly, and ignores my reasonable messages back, then of course all other groups should ban THAT person and also, any and all persons who are part of their group as a moderator.
I am sorry to use up so much time on this but you did ask me, and I think should be documented GOOD REASON for the ban listing for the people who BAN ME and CALL ME NAMES and REJECT all my messages. Same treatment back for them. I pray for Gods blessing on you who make this group, madam, tony, bob, and I pray the powerful curse upon all those who practice hateful things against asians like me who just wish to be friends.
short version: p4eshah rejected my messages to his group, accused me of crimes, ignored my polite response back to him, banned me. MosLegemRigit is a moderator at the group who also ignored my asking them not to ban me, and my appeal to UNban me, and as a friend of p4eshah at a group that BANNED me, he and all that group's moderators should be BANNED from any and all yahoo groups as evil, arrogant TROLLS, or else that word has no meaning at all. Prayers to God from undersigned to smile on those who help me, and Curse to those who hurt me who never offered any hurt to you. End short version.
I sent perfectly legal mails to p4eshah's group, and got back rude insulting message claiming that they were not legal. I wrote back to him,

Thank you for writing. I would appreciate your letting me know which yahoo group you are writing in behalf of. In their wisdom, yahoo does not see fit to have our "reject" message include the name of the group. When I reject attempts to post to my group I always do try to remember to type out the name.
You did level a pretty serious charge - a felony offense in the United States, regardless of where the photographs may have originated. I would have thought that, before you do such a thing, you might take the sensible precaution to note that the name of the website from which the photos came (with their permission by the way - unlike many of the posts, to many other yahoo groups), is listed right on the photo. After you leveled such a charge I went and looked, and sure enough, I found:

If you are new to asians (and especially Thai and Filipina girls) you simply may not be aware that to western men they always do look at least 5 to 10 years old. Some of them find it very irritating to be mistaken for much younger than they are - as if they are "children" to the one making such a remark (which they think is BOTH rude, and also irritating). Of course, the girls that are much older, are very HAPPY that they have this advantage, and that their more youthful looks are appreciated in the west. In fact, while it is considered "perverted" or "wrong" in the west for a much older man to be dating a much younger lady, in the east, that is normal, since age and abilit to support a girl is much more important to them than it is to eastern ladies.
Again, I do not know if you know all of this already, and if so, I am sorry if we simply don't see things the same way, or if you were simply uniformed.
We have a zero toleration policy at my groups for anything that appears underage, but also, a pretty intense dislike for people who insult or disresect the ladies of Asia.
It is perfectly fine if we disagree on this, but I still do need to know the name of your group so that I can enforce my own "zero tolerance" policy for anything that would cause problems or cause insult to any of my members, especially anyone who posts nice pix to my group. If that is not the case here and you simply did not think to look for the disclaimer that is fine, and I do understand, but I need to be very certain of what your view on this is, before I would wish to send any photos of any kind to your group again in the future.

Regrettably, it does appear to me that you were both reckless and careless in what you wrote. You have every right of course, to approve or not whatever you want and for whatever reason, but making such an accusation could be considered to be very libelous because of that, ie. it would have been more prudent to have checked before making such an offensive accusation, and then you could always say, you admit to a prejudice against Asian ladies, especially Filipina and Asian, since 25 year old girls there appear to be BARELY 18 and, that young frightens you. But it is legal, and there is nothing wrong there that is "kiddie" stuff, except in your perception. p4eshah's response was to ban me from his group - so at last I learned the name of his group. I simply banned him from my own group AsianErotics, as a result and added him to my distributed BAN list that is shared among all groups where I am a moderator or where I am friends with somebody (such as SlimGurls, AsianBarGirls, and others).
As I must remind Lorie, this case is one of the things that motivated her to "take sides" on this since the same sort of thing has happened to her in the past, ie. somebody not only rejects her post to their group (which is their right) but then, BANS her also, and ignores and requests for information on what happened.
Several people really liked the idea to go a step further once another group has banned one of us, and not ONLY ban the owner of the group or the chief troublemaker/TROLL, but also, BAN anybody who is a moderator at their group.
I do not know anybody who really WANTS to be a member of any group which tolerates a TROLL as a moderator or as an owner. I certainly don't want to be.
I am sorry if MosLegemRegit gets caught in the cross fire on this one, and I have nothing against him personally. And, I think I am the source of what The Madam quoted, "its not personal. Its business." If you are friends with a racist who sends arrogant, nasty, hateful messages out to people when he could just have politely requested DO NOT SEND your stuff to our group" then, he will be mistaken for being a supporter of that crap. He ought to get out of that group, or better yet, BAN the shithead from the group and offer Ching an apology. I don't expect that will happen, and don't care either way either.

I am wonder this mystery myself as i have not done anything to earn the ban and i have my groups are very good and even with me working 2 jobs and my PC was down for awile last year i have made sure my groups for the most part free of spam and the when i do find one that is spam i try to remove the spam and the member that posted it most of all if i have offend you in anyway please know that i am sorry and would like a chance to appeal the ban please thank you.
