welcome Kalbo Bob & DivingTony as "Founders" of BanListing

The news is that Google has apparently finished their review and given us a "clean bill of health." The "review" was triggered by our starting out with a listing of our Participating Group, which the "dumb" robot of Google thought was all links to the same one single website (yahoo groups, the dummy thought, was one single website). For some reason, the robot thought that marked us as a "spam site" which caused them to put us "on notice." The coast seems clear, we can carry on. Hooray.

Onward to banning spammers and internet trolls.

I am happy to tell you that Kalbo Bob has agreed to join us as a "Founder" of this BanListing site. As some of my friends know, and especially those who are members of my group SlimGurls, Bob posts a lot of nice pix. Some who don't like SOME of his pix, have caused him a lot of trouble in the past, especially the Titty Police who measure if a girl's tits are LARGE ENOUGH to please them and if not they would then hollar and yell that the girl is too young and everyone should throw stones at the person who sent such pix out. Bob never asks anything of anyone and is just happy to send out nice pix. Many of those pix fit in very nicely at my groups and Bob also contributes to many other yahoo groups too, plus has his own groups.

The other founder of this new BanListing site is known as "DivingTony" who actually helped me spin off my own group from his AsianErotics group about two years ago. He does some "moderator" work at my SlimGurls group too.

Speaking of Kalbo Bob I am happy to report another name to this group as an Internet Troll. this fellow responded to Kalbo Bob's posts at my group by demanding that I approve a message to the entire group that said this:

(10/9 complaint about Kalbo Bob). The message is from kevin walters and he says, "would you please stop sending me these things or I will turn you in to yahoo thank you very much."

Of course I rejected his message and sent him this reply: "Very sorry but we cannot approve such a message to the entire group.

"Also, you appear to be very confused about yahoo groups. I am a volunteer moderator and group owner here, at a group that you voluntarily chose to join. Yahoo groups is a system where you can join or leave a group, or change your membership to NO MAIL.

"Your attempt to post an off topic message, without any photo, and what appears to be flaming, and is also fairly rude, makes me sad to have to ban you from the group and also to report you to http://BanListing.blogspot.com.

"In the future, if you decide to join a group (that is, one not participating in BanListing because those groups will all ban you now), please pay better attention. Every mail you receive has an "opt out" choice and two ways to "opt out" of the group without sending an insulting and threatening message that you sent, which forced me to report you.

"Best wishes. (signed/MadamLorie, owner of SlimGurls group)"

Normally, somebody who simply acts a little rude or impolite, or who attempts to post a message that is off topic to a group, should not be banned (perhaps warned, or perhaps kicked out with a stern warning not to repeat the behavior if they decide to come back). Banning should be reserved for SPAMMERS and for serious "internet trolls".

But when somebody threatens the survival of your group and threatens to report you, then I would think ALL group owners would wish to be sure this person IS NOT a member of their group. Who needs this grief from a fool who cannot just LEAVE a group he joined?

Well, I am happy that instead of just banning such a person as I did in the past I can now take action to warn others about people like this and also hope that I will receive THEIR warnings about such people so that I can ban them before they cause trouble.

The Madam of SlimGurls group

P.S. The Founders of the group have agreed that they will serve as a "Review Board" if anyone branded as an "internet Troll" or spammer wishes to make an APPEAL and have their name removed. The process is simple: use the COMMENT field of any of these blogs to write to us. Hint: for success, denying everything won't work out very good to persuade any of us that you are a troll or spammer. Admit whatever you did wrong, recognize that the U.S. Constitution does not give you any rights over somebody ELSE's property (ie. the owner of the group), and give us an idea why we should believe you won't do it again. It only takes ONE member of our EXECUTIVE BOARD of 3 founders to reverse the BAN decision, and 2/3 may always overrule the 1. I've heard that ONCE divingTony did a reversal and that most anyone else he ever banned, just wrote him angry messages if they replied (which most did not). We will publish more names of BANNED soon.
